When you're already $11 million in the hole,

what's another hundred grand for a christening party?  Just a drop in the bucket.  It's all going to be discharged in bankruptcy anyway, so what's the big deal?  Yeah, yeah.  No one will even notice.

I'm sure that's what Joe Guidice was telling himself here.  All broke and stubby and pre-heart attacky, with his wife shrilly in his ear "whatza matta, Joe?  Smiiiiiiiiiiile!"

There are two possibilities here:  Joe didn't tell Teresa about their enormous financial problems, or she knew and kept piling on.  Either way, they both look like crooks.  Too bad Andy Cohen isn't around to name them Jackholes of the Week, because they ran away with it last night.  Can't wait to see her next "bankruptcy is no biggie!!!!" blog post.

Do you think the check to the Brownstone cleared?

Speaking of clearing, that's what you need to do with your schedule for the rest of the week because we have some very rigorous tv watching ahead of us.  I'm not kidding--you'd better stock up on booze and processed food.  I might even give you some warm-up stretches to help with eye strain and bed sores.

    Rachel Zoe - TONIGHT!
Top Chef - Wednesday (anyone else watching?)
Real Housewives of DC - Thursday
Bethenny Getting Married Finale {sob} - Thursday

and don't forget Flipping Out a week from today.

This is what you can expect from Rachel Zoe tonight:

OH, wait!  One more thing--if you haven't seen Teresa's glorious Sizzle Tan commercial, you are in for a major treat.  Here it is:

I just had four heart attacks realizing that they were saying Taylor had been stealing from them (? yes?), and they were going ahead and telling the world this.
And then, as I was full of ennui, Rachel looks dead into the camera and talks about her broken heart. Stone faced. You need to repost that Youtube video of the Rachel Zoe Outtakes.
"I'm like...totally upset right now. I'm like, seriously crying. Like, welling up."

OOoooh, mama - I watched that Teresa SizzleTan thang this morning. Bad bad baaaaaaaaaaad. I can't even convey how bad it was even by using a thousand a's in baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. There aren't enough a's in the world to convey it. Imagine if you will The Fonz doing the thumbs-up AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA times infinity, and that might make a dent in how baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad it is.

I am not watching RHONJ, but I AM watching RZP tonight (yay!) and Top Chef. I don't have The Love That Dares Not Speak Its Name for any of the contestants (at least not like I did for Yukon Cornelius and Stephan). And Flipping Out a week from today? Well, that's just icing on the cake, now isn't it?!

If Dina gets any more beautiful, it will be like staring directly into the sun.

    August 3, 2010 | Unregistered Commenteranon

I'm watching Top Chef but I have to say that the contestants just don't compare to last seasons group. However, I hope
Angelo gets his ass kicked by Kenny soon.

Love BGM. Wish Dina was Bryn's godmother.

Thanks MerciBlahBlah! I just spit coffee all over my desk!

YUKON CORNELIUS! I can picture him tasting the pitchfork and then saying, "Nuttin'!" LOL What a blast from the past!

No I don't think the check cleared. I wanted to take that tacky cross ice sculpture and hit Tre with it, I was so pissed. I am so over RHONJ and refuse to watch DC because Bravo wants to reward White House party crashers that are also butt ass broke? No thanks!

I do watch Top Chef, can't WAIT for Flipping Out and will watch Rasin Face's debut tonight, but she is so bananas it's hard to watch. Oh and I do watch Bethenny but have to admit, I'm glad the season is almost over. It wore thin.

She refused to live in a house someone else lived in before because she thought it was "gross", but she goes to SizzleTan? Um, ya. I'm pretty sure if you go 11 million dollars in debt in NJ, you probably have your own tanning bed.

I will watch RZP, but only for Brad. I want to hang out with him and braid each other's hair and help him pick out bow ties and have him tell me that I look AMAZING in everything. And then go hang out by J Lew's pool and drink beegarittas until we're silly and buzzed and have to send Zoila out for some Loco Pollo because we have the munchies.

I have got to get out of the house more.

    August 3, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterBoo

The name alone is nasty...Sizzle Tan? WTF!
I am getting pretty bored with NJ, but I do hope they address the Guidices going tits up.

oh, and i AM watching top chef but i have no personal fave. sad.
it's not the same without someone you want to make out with like a yukon or a voltaggio.

August 3, 2010 | Unregistered Commentermy favorite and my best

I felt ridiculous programming my DVR for all "my shows" today. Really...when am I going to get anything done? I'm on board for everything including the DC Housewives. However, I want it known up front, I refuse to like the White House Crashers.

Erica, I agree with you on the name SizzleTan. Reminds me of bacon.

As to the Guidices, they are troubled. I'm trying to clean up my language and from now on I'm going to use the word 'troubled" as code for any profane thing I'm thinking!

    August 3, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterJo

Jo- perfect analogy...In high school the senior cheerleaders would tell the freshmen cheerleaders to "sizzle like bacon" when they passed them in the hallway. Poor girls had to lay down and wiggle. What a cruel 4 years.

*side note: I LOVED high school, but I also wasn't a cheerleader...

Just watched the D.C. preview. "Goat Rodeo" - Best line ever!! Goat Rodeo will be the name of my new band.

    August 3, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterJen@BloggersAbode

I thought that maybe Joe's head was gonna explode,ya know' cuz the lights from the camera hurt his eyes, he knows something, Teresa just didn't want believe it and maybe she is thinking that her career as an author, designer, decorator, and actress are gonna pull them through their troubles.

Bravo is awesome, something to watch every single night of the freaking week!!!!!!!!! and toss in a little Big Brother, it doesn't get any better than that!

    August 3, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterStephenny

Oh lord. Anon, I am worried for you. Without a doubt, Rachel Zoe is going to use 'literally' incorrectly tonight and send you right over the edge. I don't think you should white knuckle it. You better have a few cocktails now to lessen your pain.

    August 3, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterLittle Edie

OMG, I think I love you more than BINTA, just sayin!

    August 3, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterSara

I've enjoyed BGM soup to nuts. All of it. It makes me giggle when viewers are surprised/offended/disturbed by the fact that she is a Shrill Nagger. Did we learn nothing from watching a few seasons of RHNY?? As a fellow Shrill Nagger, I was a little proud of her for not completely loosing her shit while simultaneously finishing a book, planning a wedding and discovering what toexpectwhenshe'sexpecting. Events that on there own have sent more than one person to share a ward and straight jacket with kikilet. Jason is love, and reminds me a little of my very own Recipient of Shrill Nagging, aka the chimp. Now that the off season is coming, and Cookie is a free agent, I'm hoping the Hoppy Family will trade her for a domesticated jaguar or a tanked great white that baby Brynn could swim with. I cried much more than I thought I would, at the small and big moments...but I don't like to dwell on the squishy feelings. Onto Joe and Teresa! Those two are downright disgusting and insulting. Teresa has lost every last little bit of her I'm a Dumb Jersey Girl Watch Me Spend Money TeeHeeHee! sparkle that made her a little bit endearing in the beginning. What really gets me going is the fact that honest people will indirectly pay for Juicey's inevitable triple bypass via their increased insurance premiums; down and out motherfuckers don't have good health insurance and they don't sell it at Home Goods either. Assholes.

I hate the pompous Rachel Zoe and won't watch her.

    August 4, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterNasty Nancy

Its cray cray that Theresa's commercial is real. I mean, she is fucking terrible. they are such pigs and make RHONY seem like philanthropists. can't wait for Rachel Zoe, missed last night. but you are forgetting Work of Art? Are you not into it? i'm watching top chef, but way more into work of art.

I love how RZ is always cool as a cucumber until she gets around a celeb and then you can tell that she is still totally star-struck. It's amusing to see her gush.

    August 4, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterTracey

I too was amazed by the starstuck kiss-assy Rachel Zoe. Icky in one sense, refreshing in another.

Not into Work of Art. Art is too subjective and any attempt to judge it would frustrate me.

On Top Chef, I don't love anyone either. But it's still good. I kind of hate Padma. I miss the Voltaggios and K-Chop.

    August 4, 2010 | Registered CommenterSGM

Did anyone see the Housewives of DC on The View Today. I was so angered by the Gate Crasher wife, I almost broke my promise to clean up my language. She flat out pissed me off!! Okay, just had to use a tiny curse.

Anyway, I might not be able to handle watching the DC show if I get that worked up over a 5 minute segment.l

    August 4, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterJo

Emily- I like Work of art... Just fun to watch even if it is too subjective to be judged. And I love that line "They make RHNY seem like philanthropists!"

Also, has anyone considered that MAYBE, just maybe BRAVO is putting the guidicies up to these spending sprees? It could be.

    August 6, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterSketch42

WHERE did you find that Sizzle Tans commercial?!?!?!?!!?!? AMAZEBALLS.
